·       Work as a part of the team responsible for design, deployment, securing, ongoing monitoring, support and troubleshooting for the Wide Area Network spanning hundreds of domestic and international locations

·       Deployed Solar Winds Orion as a network management system for corporate Wide Area Network, facilitating increasing Core WAN availability to 99.9%.

·       Implemented configuration management, backup, change management and versioning system based on Kiwi CatTools.

·       Performed core network infrastructure design/installation/upgrade at various domestic and international ACS sites, including Lexington, KY, San Antonio, TX, Barcelona, Montego Bay, Kuala-Lumpur, Manila, Bangalore, Guatemala City and Juarez.

·       Upgraded the Wide Area Network for Delta Natural Gas Company (www.deltagas.com) to converge real-time gas pipe valves monitoring via proprietary solution based on asynchronous data transmission into the industry standard Cisco based architecture, thus achieving significant cost savings and improved supportability.

·       Developed and implemented redundant WAN infrastructure for Kentucky League of Cities (www.klc.org) to support business continuity and disaster recovery.

·       Completed transparent network migration for Kentucky American Water Company (www.kawc.com) from Novell NetWare to Microsoft Windows 2000 environment without affecting production.

·       Worked with Republic Bank and Trust Company (www.republicbank.com) to plan network capacity and grow their WAN as they added new branches or expanded existing ones. Implemented a secure Citrix MetaFrame NFuse portal with RSA SecurID two-factor authentication to allow secure access to applications via the Internet.

·       Redesigned the outside perimeter for City of Owensboro government’s network (www.owensboro.org) to address vulnerabilities and insulate the city government from legal risks.

·       Worked on a multitude of projects for a variety of company’s other key clients, including Central Bank & Trust of Kentucky (www.centralbank.com), Kentucky Bank (www.kybank.com), EchoSat Communications Group (www.echosat.com), Whitaker Bank (www.whitakerbank.com), King & Schickli, PLLC (www.iplaw1.net), and others, and acted as a primary Network Engineer for many of them.
